It's pretty crazy, it was just a day ago that my parents dropped me off at the airport, but a lot has happened since then. The flight was long and cramped, and I forgot to take off my suitcoat before I sat down, so I was kind of sweaty the whole time. When we landed we were met by the mission president and some of the missionaries serving here. They helped us with our luggage and took us to the mission home where we played ping pong and stayed the night. On Tuesday morning I met my trainer Elder Brock Romero, he is a really cool guy and I have loved learning from him so far. I am also companions with Elder Tauai, we really just have a great trio. I am in the Dayton area of my mission here in Ohio, it is kind of ghetto. I've actually really liked it here so far and the people that I've met have all been really friendly. We have done some street contacting and we even got some phone numbers to try to set up teaching appointments later with them. Over all it has been a great experience and I am excited to continue. Also fun fact, pumpkin spice cup of noodles is really gross.
