PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Hey everyone! It's been another great and exciting week here in the Czech Republic! I've done a lot of traveling lately, I had to go to Prague last week for Elder Davis's visa and this week we went to Zlín and then Prague again for zone conference. Elder Davis and I are starting to get pretty familiar with the public transportation here, ha ha. Last week we had to walk from the train station to the church office building in Prague, we got to walk through old Town Prague, which was really cool. I got to see the world famous astronomical clock and the Charles Bridge. The architecture and history there is beautiful. We also ran into some American tourists while we were there, ha ha. The train ride to Prague is about 4 hours and our ride back to Uherské Hradiště got delayed, so we ended up getting back pretty late. This week's trip to Zlín was really cool, Zlín is a bigger city in our area, it used to have its own branch but they combined the zlin branch and the UH branch to make a ward. We spent time trying to visit less active members in zlin and we had two really good lessons with people we are teaching there, one of them also gave us free kebab, that was really nice. My trip to Prague this week was a lot of fun, we went there a night early so we wouldn't have to take a train at 4 in the morning, and we stayed the night with the Prague elders, Elder Tauai and Elder Allred. Ha ha. It was so good to see them both again, and it was really fun to have another goon squad sleepover. We made some home made svíčková, it was... pretty ok I guess, ha ha. Zone conference was really good, we had some really great trainings. The ride back to UH was pretty funny, the train tickets we bought didn't reserve any specific seats and the train was packed, so we ended up having to sit on the floor by the bathroom for the whole 4 hour ride. We also got a pot while we were at zone conference as seen in the pictures below. That's all the highlights of this week from me. I hope that you are all doing great! Čau!
