A SOGGY WALK

Hey everyone! It's been another exciting week here in Uherské Hradiště!

This week started off pretty fun, we had our zone leaders (Elder Allen and Elder Shefchik) come to Uherské Hradiště for exchanges on Tuesday. We passed out English club fliers and contacted people with them. They also joined our English club for the day. It was pretty funny because we only had 2 people show up to English, so we had double missionaries than the club members. Ha ha. On Wednesday morning our zone leaders left to go back to Slovakia.

On Wednesday we had dinner with our old bishop and his family, they are really great people.

On Thursday night Elder Davis and I went to KFC for dinner and right as we were about to leave it started pouring outside. It was a pretty cold and wet walk back to the apartment, but it was pretty funny.

On Friday we had district council, our train got delayed for over an hour, so we didn't end up making it there. We just had to join via zoom. Later in the day we drove up to brother Kvasnička's garden with another member for a big ward dinner/campout. A bunch of the wardmembers brought tents and stayed the night there, it was really fun to see them all and have dinner with them.

On Saturday we had a lesson with someone new, he was one of the people that responded to our Facebook ad, but funnily enough I had actually previously talked with him on Facebook. Ha ha. He gave us a tour of a catholic chapel and we gave him a Book of Mormon, I hope that he will read it.

That's about it for this week, I hope that you are all doing great! Have an amazing week!
